good selection fresh fruit damp room missing chairs
The location was very convenient for accessing nearby shops and restaurants. the breakfast had a good selection of items. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit available each morning.
the room felt quite damp, a bit uncomfortable. there were no chairs on the balcony, so i couldn't sit outside and enjoy the fresh air, i found this a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a great pool area with many sunbeds available. The staff were friendly (I found them helpful, too). Breakfast offered a variety of options.
The room had a humid feel. There was no wardrobe available to place clothes (only several hangers). Some of the gym equipment was out of service.

fantastic stay
great location early check-in attentive staff wonderful trip
I really appreciate the staff's attentiveness . the location is central. Close to markets and party spots. i was given an early check-in which started my trip wonderfully. the staff members som, jubjang, tis, and bang were professional and attentive to detail.
I noticed there were not enough sunbeds for all guests during the day, so guests were waiting around. It was a small inconvenience.

The room connected well and provided sufficient space for three people. We asked for daily room service for a three-night stay. the room's location was in front of the pool, convenient, we loved the pool. but the room was clean.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of food. there were many options available daily, the dishes are nice. i enjoyed trying different items each morning. It was a plus.

The hotel offered welcome drinks during the smooth check-in process, so nice. laundry service was fast and efficient. the room staff and breakfast staff were fantastic. I felt cared for and supported .

The location is just a one-minute walk to the night market and a 7-eleven. the beautiful sea beach is across the street. The views are fine. it allowed easy access to shops and nightlife. I did love this.

an adequate stay with some issues
lukewarm water limescale shower
the location was good because it was near the night market and beach to get boats to the islands.
the room lacked hot water for showers, only lukewarm water came out with very low pressure. breakfast wasn't great, they never served mango or papaya with the fruit selection, though these are easy to find locally. the first room assigned was on the ground floor and smelled strongly of mold, also the shower had a lot of limescale. i wouldn't stay here again.
